About the photo: I captured this with a 3.2mp point-and-shoot camera, way back high school. We did a short documentary about the Pasig River, and I thought these children were very interesting. You see, they were born and raised in the banks of the river, which served as their huge playground and swimming pool. The bridge is their diving board, and it was partly scary watching them jump. I could go on and on telling you guys how moving this whole experience was, but I guess I should just leave you this photograph, and remind everyone to be happy and optimistic.
