24/100: 50-50 Tuesdays

I made this for my COMGRAP class today while listening to Monster Radio. My professor was yapping on and on about selection tools and the magic wand and other stuff that’s related to marching ants. He finished within an hour or so, and he just left us there to do our plate. There were requirements for the plate written on the whiteboard – 1. Photo 2. Background/Texture 3. Quote 4. Border design. Mkayyy, border design? Really? I was going to use my face for the “photo” part but decided that Taylor Momsen would be a better subject. I got a line from one of her band songs, it says “‘Cause all I am is a blonde rebellion.” Suits her very well, I should say. I used square pyramidal studs for the border since it was the easiest thing to duplicate and it kind of fits Taylor Momsen. Added a bokeh texture, although you cannot clearly see it since it has been set to ‘Overlay,’ and I was done. I just do Photoshop for two glorious hours and that’s all it takes to get me a good grade.

Second class was DESPRIN, and one word’s enough to describe it – BORING.
