Hello ate monique! I've been considering courses lately and one of them is Multimedia Arts. Mind sharing with me its perks and what jobs could you possibly get once you graduate? :) thank youu!

The good thing about MMA is that it’s a well-rounded course. You get to learn everything from animation, photography, web design, game design, sound design, video production, etc.

It’s not as nice when you’re not interested in one of the many things it offers tho. For example, I don’t like animation so I’m struggling with that part of my course. Haha it’s not really my thing, it’s too time consuming.

Perks… you get to learn a lot! You get to be a jack of all trades.

And jobs? If you have a good enough portfolio, you can already start working freelance during your sophomore year. Or do internships. But for jobs that you get once you graduate:

• work in publications (magazines and the like)
• work for design agencies, or start your own design agency/ad agency
• production houses/motion picture (videography and photography)
• web designer
• scriptwriting
• animation studios
• interactive designer (games and apps)
• still continue freelance (this is what I plan to do), and
• be a prof in Benilde lol (I’m not kidding when I tell you that most of the professors are also Benilde graduates)
