Good eve! I've been wondering...how do you put that effect when you hover your mouse on something. For example, when I hover my mouse on some text, it changes color. Or when I hover my mouse on a picture, an outline appears. Not just only here on Tumblr but for other websites as well. I hope you'll answer me soon. THANK YOU in advance! :)

Oh, it’s a CSS thing. Something along the lines of a:hover and img:hover. I can’t really explain it that much without showing you an example though. It’s explained very thoroughly on w3schools.com though, that’s where I first studied. You can ask me un-anon if you have more questions :-)
