On redirect links:

If you’re using a theme that supports Pages, linking to your other pages or sites is actually easy. You don’t have to send the theme creator a message asking how to add your Facebook or Twitter link. You also don’t have to mess around with the HTML Markup of your blog.

  1. Go to the Customize page.

  2. Open the “Pages” dropdown. Click “Add a page”

  3. A new window will pop out. Change your page type to “Redirect.”
  4.  Enter your desired URL. And the URL where you want the link to redirect. Don’t forget to check the checkbox for “Show a link to this page”

  5. If your theme does not support Pages, Tumblr will alert you with a pop-up message. The only way you can get support for Pages is by asking the theme creator. Or you fiddle with the HTML yourself.

  6. Lastly, click the “Create Page” and “Save Page” button. The Redirect option is very helpful for those who have no idea about HTML. You can use it to link your Facebook, Twitter, or link to your tag pages.
